Mi 9 Explorer Edition won't turn off find device

Hi,

My Mi 9 Explorer/Transparent Edition won't turn off the find device option, everytime i try it the application return api error on screen,
i tried to do it in i.mi.com and it won't work neither, refused as lost, how to turn off lostmode ? i tried the padlock icon on mi account but it only allow to activate it.
Anyone know how to solve this problem ?
